Our Process

01. Harvesting: The Golden Moment of Maturity Captured
Prior to harvest, we measure the moisture content of paddy, harvesting only when the humidity falls within the optimal range of 25–28%.
This is the key to preserving grain structure, aroma potential, and stability during processing, as well as the very first step to maintain rice quality.

02. Slow, Gentle Drying: Extended Drying for Upscale Flavor
Amongst our staged and meticulous processing, we dry every batch at a low temperature of 45–50°C.
This protects the cellular structure, preserves natural aroma and sweetness,
and prevents the flavor diminishment resulting from by rapid, high‑heat drying.

03. Low‑Temperature Milling: Aroma and Texture Preserved
Milling generates heat — the “worst enemy” of rice quality.
We use premium low-temperature milling equipment to carefully control processing temperatures, preserving each grain’s aroma, sweetness, and elasticity. Every grain retains the freshness and perfection of newly harvested rice.

04. Optical Sorting: Selecting Grains Like Fine Gems
Each batch undergoes high‑resolution optical sorting to remove insect‑damaged grains, impurities, foreign matter, grains in uneven colors, and any flawed kernels.
